The hotel was a great location to spend a romantic weekend away. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing. I really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, and the fact that they offered a variety of options for vegetarians like myself was a nice touch.
the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't anything major.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even helped me arrange affordable transportation whenever I needed it. The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to the main square and the Dalai Lama temple. Additionally, the breakfast provided was more than enough and the food was freshly made and tasty.
All was good.

Helpful and attentive staff. Convenient location near the square and Dalai Lama temple. Fairly priced cab arrangements. Safe for solo female travelers. Beautiful view from the balcony. Free breakfast with freshly made, tasty food. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms

The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel because it is conveniently located close to the square and monastery, making it easy to explore the area. we loved the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, which was reasonably priced and served quickly.
The room was not as clean as expected, and we noticed a few dirty glasses lying around. , there were some tiny insects in the room, which made us a little uncomfortable.

The hotel lacks proper car parking facilities.
